I need a second opinion. I am intending to buy a property, and recently I have received a new topographic plan of the property. The main purpose of this new topographic plan was to have a current signed proof of the ability to build on the property. It is actually two plots separated by road, and it is supposed that it says I can build as it is on the bigger plot.
Since the only lawyer I have been contacted, was recommended from the real estate agency. I would like to get a second opinion If I can build on the plot without getting into complex procedures like \"changing the purpose of the land\" .
Am I allowed to build on the plot in its current status, this is the question?
